Certificate on Energy Performance of buildings – Budapest / Pest county
You may acquire a certificate on energy performance of building when:
- purchasing a real estate
- obtaining usage permit
- applying for call for proposals of EU funds
- for any other reasons
The following prices are valid from 1 Sept. 2025 in Budapest:
Flats: 24.500 – 28.500 HUF
Houses: 32.500 – 36.500 HUF
The prices include:
- drop-off fee
- conducting the energy performance survey
- postage costs, if any
- 2 pieces of original, hard copy (paper) authenticated certificates on energy performance

The issued certificate on energy performance of a building is valid for 5 years!
Flexible appointments, including even weekends, before and after office hours.
